I wish I could give more stars bc the food isn't that bad but the service is HORRENDOUS & the management clearly doesn't care about satisfied customers. Let me be clear, I am not talking about dining at the restaurant, it's take out. Waited over an hour for delivery of 3 salads & a small pizza. When called to complain, manager offered nothing & didn't even say I'm sorry. Definitely won't be ordering from here again. I suggest you do the same.

The Rotelli in the Home Depot parking lot is less crowded and the service is S-L-O-W. The food is Rotelli which is OK, not amazing, but certainly a step up from Wendys and Applebees in the same complex. There is better pizza at Brick Oven across the street and down Atlantic a bit. Pass.

Great food and service, I eat there at least once every week and I always end up satisfied. Also they have a fast delivery service.

I placed a order here for delivery they quoted me a time of 30-45 minutes after 1 hour I called to check on the food they then told me 10 min ok fine understandable to be a little backed up. Another 15 minutes goes by I call again they then tell me that my food is not done yet and will be on its way soon. So after being lied to I wanted to cancel the order but I had 5 hungry people and it already being 9:00 so I asked how much longer it was really going to be he said to me 10 min. So I wait I get a call from the driver that he is lost because we gave the wrong address , I've lived at the same place for 3 years I think I know my address. Food is here 2 meals are not hot and two salads are missing the dressing. I call and they tell me that I'm wrong and need to check again that the dressing is there. I ask them to correct the matter and they offer me a lame $25 credit for the $70 that we spent just tonight and they are sorry that its not their fault they were short staffed. I say to him that if you are so short staffed you should have quoted me a longer time and he proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and I was not quoted that time. ....lesson learned if you want good service and Italian food on delivery order from Sals. I will NEVER EVER order from this place again
